The Board is sharing this information at the request of our deed holders to have quick resources and does not endorse any of these vendors. The Board encourages you to do research, ask questions, for references and quotes, etc. for you to make a well informed decision with these and any other vendors you may choose to use.

Be sure to read all the services they offer...many offer multiple services!

Cavalier Construction, 302-998-7610 – A deed holders kitchen cabinets were beginning to fall. They contacted this company and said they did a ‘first class job.’ They offer a variety of services that include bathrooms, decks, porches, custom work, etc. Web Site: Cavalier Construction

Walus Construction and Design, LLC, 302-275-7504 – Windows, Doors, Trim work, Flooring, Drywall, Decks, Home Repairs and Remodeling. Free Estimates, Licensed and Insured. Several deed holders have used this vendor for replacing steps, tile and other flooring and windows and they have had great reviews from our deed holders.

Lowe’s, 302-834-8508 (Bear Store) - has been recommended by our deed holders for deck projects. Web site: Lowe’s

Moen, 800-289-6636 – A deed holder contacted Moen faucets about the lifetime warranty on the original kitchen and bathroom faucets. They had a good experience with the customer service and explained, they were the original owner and the faucets were original and that there was no serial number to be found on the faucet. They explained what type of faucet was in the kitchen and the representative knew what they were talking about and sent the parts to them. Web Site: Moen

P.J. Fitzpatrick, Inc., 302-482-4035 – A deed holder used this company 5 years ago. This is what they said about them Summer 2010, "I used PJ Fitzpatrick 482-4035 about five years ago. So far so good. I did have one issue this past winter with the amount of snow on the roof. The company sent a rep. out and he basically said that the snow backed up on the roof caused a minor leak in a seam. I have not seen any signs of any further problems even with the heavy rain that we have experienced this summer."

Stan Perkoski’s Home Services, Inc, 866-737-5675 – Several deed holders have used this company for heater and water heater service. Some of our homes have an AquaTherm system where the hot water heater is used to provide hot water to the domestic side of the house and to the heater unit used to heat the house. This company has experience in those systems. Also for these units, you may not be able to purchase a hot water heater at a local home improvement store, as they are a special order item. No matter what your system is, please be sure when you call for service to tell them the particulars of how your system works. Look on the front of the unit it will tell you who made the system, that should help you in your search.

The Grass Man Landscaping, 302-563-0027 - This company has been used by deed holders for personal grass cutting services. They have been OMV HOA lawn service for common areas since 2010. If you elect to utilize their services, they are not covered by the HOA. Since it is your personal property you are responsible for all agreements made between you and the provider.

Tree Inc., LLC, 302-757-3303 - This company was used by deed holders for their various tree needs and they received good service. They offer a variety of services including, tree trimming, tree and stump removal and more. Web site: Tree Inc., LLC
