What is the OMV HOA?
All deed holders in OMV are members of the HOA and bound to our
By-Laws and Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants and Easements as are any
deed holder’s renters and visitors. The Board of Directors of our HOA
consists of volunteer OMV deed holders who are elected by an annual deed
holders vote to serve. The main purpose of the Board of Directors and all
HOA members is to help maintain and provide for the common enjoyment of all
residents.
