Welcome to the Olde Mill Village HOA Community Web Site!

The Olde Mill Village (OMV) community is a Deed Restricted Community founded in 1992 and consists of 87 townhomes. We are maintained by our Homeowner's Association (HOA) Board of Directors that is made up by OMV deed holder non-paid volunteers and have mandatory yearly dues. We are surrounded by The Newark Public Library and three Shopping Centers--Governors Square, Glendale and Eden Square.

This website is to keep all residents of OMV informed and provide access to information related to the Association and other useful resources.

What is the OMV HOA?

All deed holders in OMV are members of the HOA and bound to our By-Laws and Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants and Easements as are any deed holder’s renters and visitors. The Board of Directors of our HOA consists of volunteer OMV deed holders who are elected by an annual deed holders vote to serve. The main purpose of the Board of Directors and all HOA members is to help maintain and provide for the common enjoyment of all residents.
